First Week at Home

Having a bottle with Daddy.

Trying on her OU wear

This is how she spent most of the week...this is a lighted bed to help with the Jaundice. She was to be on the bed unless eating or having her diaper changed.

Fifth Ultrasound - 33 Weeks

Here's a couple shots of her face. The ultrasound technician said the flecks around the scalp are hair. So if that's true, then maybe the wives tale that "heartburn means the baby is coming out with hair" isn't so much of a tale. Her estimated current weight is 5lbs-5oz, which is the 86th percentile. It also sounds like they want to do another ultrasound at 36-37 weeks to track her growth.

32 Weeks

Here is the belly at 32 weeks. We went to the doctor this week and now I'm measuring at 35 weeks. We have an utlrasound scheduled for next week so stay tuned for new pictures. We should find out this week if it is her that is bigger or more fluid or just me. Everything things seems to be going as it should.

30 Weeks 3 Days

The last dr. appt. I was measuring almost 2 weeks ahead. We will find out next week if I'm still measuring big. Might be a big girl or an early girl. She is very active these days. Her favorite place is my rib cage on my right side or a nerve on one side or the other.

Latest Checkup

We listened to the heartbeat, this time it was much easier to hear. It was 150bpm. The Dr. also measured my stomach and it was right on track. Things look as if everything is going just as it should. She is very active and we are feeling her kick and move more each day.

New Look

Thought the blog could use an overhaul on color now that we know we're having a girl!

It's a Girl!

We also found out at the 15½ week ultrasound that we are having a girl.

Third Ultrasound - 15½ Weeks

We had our third ultrasound at about 15½ weeks. Our doctor got a new 3d ultrasound machine one day before our last ultrasound. They were not quite well trained at the time so we didn't get to see it in action, but this time they were able to show us how it worked!

Appointment

We had an appointment today and got to listen to the heartbeat, it was 160bpm. We never got to hear more than 5 or so beats in a row because the baby kept flipping around.
